How it works
Our first meeting will be an assessment. It’s a chance for an initial conversation – an opportunity to find out more about each other and see how we might work together. It will last 20-30 minutes; you will not be charged.
If you decide you would like to work together, sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £65 in person, or £50 online. Payment can be made by cash, direct debit or bank transfer. This can be done weekly or monthly, as you prefer.
We would meet once weekly, either online or in person, at the same allocated time you choose. Both open-ended therapy and time-limited therapy can be offered; with a minimum of 6 sessions as a basis.
I have specific experience of working with trauma, abuse, addiction, anxiety, loss, bereavement, depression, dealing with life-threatening illness, identity, relationship difficulties and divorce.
I offer a warm and compassionate approach, a counselling space for you to share whatever you would like to explore.
As a member of the MBACP I adhere to their confidentiality and ethics standards.
