I provide a warm confidential safe space to explore your current difficulties and challenges you may be facing.

Therapeutic approach

I work with a range of clients, to explore what is behind their anxiety or depression so they may gain a better understanding of themselves and the choices they are making, this enables them to work towards building greater self-esteem, self-awareness and empowering themselves. I provide a safe non-judgemental confidential space which is warm and compassionate where it is possible to talk and explore about any current difficulty or challenges you may be facing. This gives them space to reflect on their life to identify patterns of relating and ways of being in the world. I believe this, containing therapeutic experience to be at the heart of change and overcoming difficulties by reaching their full potential.

I am used to working with people from a diverse background and with a range of mental health presentations.

I have specific experience of working with trauma, abuse, addiction, anxiety, loss, bereavement, depression, dealing with life-threatening illness, identity, relationship difficulties and divorce.
